HAL Nashik Apprentice Bharti 2025 – Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has announced the engagement of Graduate, Diploma, and Non-Technical Apprentices for 1-year training under the Apprentices Act 1961.
A total of 278 vacancies are available at HAL Aircraft Division, Nasik. Eligible candidates can apply online by filling the official Google Form before 10th August 2025.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is one of Asia’s largest aerospace companies, operating under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Founded in 1940, HAL has grown into a premier aeronautical complex with 20 production/overhaul/service divisions and 10 R&D centers spread across India. It is involved in the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of aircraft, helicopters, avionics, and aerospace structures.
The Aircraft Manufacturing Division, Nasik is one of the prominent units of HAL and plays a crucial role in the production and overhauling of fighter aircraft like MiG and SU-series. Every year, HAL Nasik invites apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), helping graduates and diploma holders gain practical industry exposure and hands-on training. The training is carried out through the Training & Development Institute of HAL Nasik, located at Ojhar Township, Nashik.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on academic merit (Marks in Degree/Diploma)
- In case of CGPA, conversion formula must be declared by candidate
- No written exam or interview
- Document verification and medical fitness are mandatory
Exam Pattern
No exam will be conducted. Selection is purely based on merit of marks obtained in qualifying exams.

हिंदुस्तान एरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (HAL) ही आशियातील आघाडीची एरोस्पेस कंपनी असून ती भारत सरकारच्या संरक्षण मंत्रालयाच्या अधिपत्याखाली कार्यरत आहे. 1940 साली स्थापन झालेली HAL आज देशभर 20 उत्पादन/सेवा विभाग व 10 आरअँडडी केंद्रांमार्फत विमान, हेलिकॉप्टर, उपकरणे आणि अवकाश संबंधित उत्पादने विकसित करते.
HAL Aircraft Manufacturing Division, Nashik हे युनिट SU आणि MiG मालिका लढाऊ विमानांच्या निर्मितीमध्ये महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावते. दरवर्षी येथे शिकाऊ उमेदवारांना प्रशिक्षण देण्यात येते. ही भरती NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) अंतर्गत केली जाते. प्रशिक्षण कालावधी 1 वर्ष असून हे प्रशिक्षण HAL नाशिकच्या प्रशिक्षण व विकास संस्थेद्वारे देण्यात येते.
