बँकेच्या अधिकारिक संकेतस्थळावर जा आणि “Recruitment” सेक्शन शोधा.
तुम्हाला योग्य पद निवडा व त्याचे घोषणा पत्र वाचून Eligibility तपासा.
“Apply Online” लिंकवर क्लिक करा.
वैयक्तिक व शैक्षणिक तपशील नीट भरा, दस्तऐवज PDF/JPG मध्ये अपलोड करा.
अर्ज फी ऑनलाइन भरा आणि रसीद जतन करा.
सर्व तपशील तपासून अर्ज सादर करा.
भविष्यातील निराकरणासाठी अर्जाची printout ठेवा.

✅ निवड प्रक्रिया

ऑनलाईन परीक्षा (IBPS द्वारे): Objective questions – English, Marathi, गणित, सामान्य झागरूकता, बँकिंग ज्ञान.
कमी-किमान ५० टक्के गुण (१००/२००) आवश्यक.
प्रथम कट-ऑफ ऑनलाईन परीक्षा, त्यानंतर अधिकारी मुलाखत.
निवड आकडेवारी: परीक्षा + मुलाखतीत एकत्रित गुण ведомानुसार निवड.
संपूर्ण दस्तऐवज पडताळूनच Offer Letter प्रदान.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Trainee Junior Officer	Graduate with minimum 50%, Marathi subject in SSC. Preference to candidates with legal qualifications, banking diploma (JAIIB/CAIIB), MSCIT or work experience in banks.

Trainee Typist	Graduate with Marathi subject in SSC and certificate of Marathi typing (30 wpm) and English typing (40 wpm). Computer skills mandatory.
